Policy:

Samples will not be processed before a Sample Submission Form has been completed and a Purchase Order Number or an Account Number has been provided.  In addition, samples will not be processed without a personal authorization from the PI or his/her agent.

Fees apply in the case of undesired results that are due to the nature of the submitted sample. Incomplete or failed results due to instrument failure do not apply.

Payment will be expected within 30 days of billing notification.

International payments can be made by direct wire transfer.  Please contact the PCL for further information.

Timetables are different for the various services:

Amino Acid Analysis: 5 - 10 working days depending upon number of samples and specialized handling.
Protein Sequence Analysis: 5 working days.
Chromatography: 5 working days.
Mass Determination (MALDI-TOF): 5 working days.
Mass Determination (ESI): 5 - 10 working days.
SDS PAGE: 5 working days.
2D PAGE: 5 working days from the next Monday.
DIGE analysis: consult with the PCL staff.
Protein ID (PMF): 5 working days.
Protein ID (LC/MS/MS): 5 - 10 working days.
