The PCL offers a variety of electrophoretic services in a variety of gel formats from traditional Laemmli-style SDS PAGE to special 'stretch' gels for myosin isotype resolution.  The lab is expert at 2 dimensional gels and is developing (by faculty request) Native Blue Gel electrophoresis for resolution of protein complexes.

In addition, we offer DIGE (Difference Gel Electrophoresis) for quantitative protein expression measurements.
